Scott Miller Moment

Scott Miller is Americana. Scott Miller is folk music. Scott Miller is real.

Think Bruce Springsteen meets John Prine meeting Neil Young at a barbecue at Tom Petty's house and the beans, cole slaw, and sauce recipes come from Roger Miller. He is all of that and he is none of that, because most of all, Scott Miller is true to himself. His songs are honest in a way that feels like hanging with a really good friend who sometimes hits you really hard in the chest while grinning broadly. He reminds us that we're alive.

Watch for Scott Miller's new CD, Appalachian Refugee, coming to a store near you. He ain't a belly-button brother, but he's a Brother nonetheless. For more information, sample songs, and the latest cool swag including a very-limited-release demo of the new disc (each sleeve individually hand-drawn by Scott), visit http://www.thescottmiller.com/.
